Baked Potato Wedges

You will need these ingredients:

Potatoes - 4 large 
Parsely - 1 tsp or more according to taste
Roasted garlic bits - 1 tsp or more according to taste
Paprika or chilli powder - 1 tsp or more according to taste
Vegetable oil - 3 to 5 tsps
Any other dried herbs as you please (oregano, thyme etc)
Salt - To taste

Method:

1) Mix in the spices - the parsley, garlic, paprika, other dried herbs and salt.
2) Add in some oil and make a paste.
3) Clean and cut the potatoes into wedges. Leave the skin on.
4) Coat the wedges with the spice mixture.
5) Place them on a greased baking tray lined with butter paper
6) Preheat the oven to 250 Deg C.
7) Bake the potatoes at 250 Deg C for about 40 minutes or until the wedges are nicely browned on the outside.
8) Serve with Tomato Chili sauce.
