Rocky Road Candy

You will need these ingredients:

Dark Chocolate - 250 gms
Milk Chocolate - 250 gms
Chopped Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Turkish Delight - 150 gms
Marshmallows - 200 gms

Method:

1) Chop the dark and milk chocolates and put them in a microwave safe bowl.
2) Chop all the other ingredients into small bits.
3) Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds and stir. 
4) Repeat till the chocolate has melted nicely.
5) Mix all the other ingredients into the chocolate.
6) Mix until the chocolate coats the marshmallows, turkish delight and the cashew nuts.
7) Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with a greased aluminium foil.
8) Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the candy has hardened.
9) Cut into squares before serving.

Note:

1) You can use chopped peanuts or any other nuts you like, but they need to be unsalted.
2) If you're using mini marshmallows, they need not be chopped.
